GENERAL INFOS
A convention is an event where the attendees can meet their favorite actors, it takes place only 1 or 2 day's), depending of the event itself. A pass is mandatory to attend a convention. During a convention, the attendees will be able to assist to Q&A sessions, do autographs, be photographed by a professional photographer with the actors and more activities.
A pass is a right of entry to a convention. It is obligatory.
A pass is nominative, it is non-exchangeable and non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation of the event on our part.
You have to purchase your pass on the ticketing of the event. That is mandatory.
An announcement of a guest is made at the end of the day, at a specific time (between 6:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.), and is announced during the day, so that everyone is ready to welcome the news. The announcement will be made on social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) and on the Clouds Con website. It may be that during the day, before the announcement, we will reveal clues to you, to arouse your curiosity and your impatience.
A convention usually starts on Saturday at 9:30 am. A one-hour lunch break is taken between 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. and the day ends at 7:30 p.m. Sunday, the same.
You can pay by credit card at the official ticket office of the convention (recommended), by bank transfer, or by Paypal.
For bank/Paypal transfers, your pass or extra will only be sent to you upon receipt of the transfer. To pay in these two ways, contact us by email at contact@cloudscon.fr for more details.
A convention represents a high cost because Clouds Con covers the transport and hotel costs of all the guests present. These don't come for free, CloudsCon does everything to make sure you (and guests) have a fantastic weekend. CloudsCon will do whatever it takes to make the convention affordable. Ditto for the fan-meets.
Anyone can participate in a convention, under certain conditions. A minor under the age of sixteen must be accompanied by an adult (the latter must take any pass to accompany the minor). If it is a minor of sixteen years or more, it will have to bring a parental authorization available on the site of Clouds Con and an identity document of the major person having filled it thus than his identity document. Identity documents accepted: identity card, passport, family record book.
They must notify us beforehand so that we can take all the necessary precautions.
We pay special attention to people with disabilities, so a member of the Clouds Con team will give them priority during extras.
To have PMR support, you must provide us with a copy of your CMI card by email. This accompanying person will be given a free pass but will not be able to buy any extra for the event, under penalty of exclusion in the event of non-compliance with the rules.
Just send us a message to ask us. Each request will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Be aware that it is the person in the best position (the one who bought their pass first) who will move next to the person in the worst position (the one who bought their pass second). This is valid for people with the same pass, that is to say if a person has bought a pass of a higher value than that of his friend, it is the 1st person who will place himself with his friend, and not , the reverse.
A translator will be present all weekend for panels and extras. You can therefore ask your questions in French, they will be translated into the language of the guest.

An extra is paid access to an activity with one or more guests.
It is imperative to have a pass, whatever it is, to buy an extra.
Other extras can be added to the box office if the guests want and/or offer it.
They will all be available at the ticket office.
Any personal photo is prohibited during all these extras, under penalty of being excluded from the convention.
Each seat is numbered and allocated according to your pass and date of purchase.

“Q&A” is an acronym for “Questions and answers”, literally translated from English as “Questions and answers”.
It is a moment lasting thirty minutes in the main room of the convention. The panel guest(s) are then on stage, and each person can ask a question to one or more guests.

However, it will be possible to be two on a duo, trio or group photo with a single ticket.
A Meeting is an extra allowing you to meet a guest for 30 minutes in small groups; this is an opportunity to talk with him about his career, his projects, his acting profession.
A member of staff is always present to provide translation for international guests, if necessary.
A room is reserved for meetings-room. A meeting point will be fixed beforehand (and mentioned on the program).
The guest is seated at a table with the attendees, who can chat freely with the guest and ask any questions they wish.
The only authorized supports are only the official autograph supports of the event, the official supports (like dvds) or your photoshoot if you have it at the time of the autograph session.
Several announcements will be made by members of our staff to warn you.
We will ask you to stay in your place in the panel room to avoid any overflow and that everyone can do their extras in due time. Pay attention to the schedule.
The extra selfie with the actor takes place during the autograph session.
If you have an extra selfie, you are called once the autographs are complete.

On the other hand, a second person can come on a duo, trio or group photo, and this, with a single ticket.
However, only one print of the photo will be made.
It is possible to have the photo reprinted (paid option).
The activities and games are totally dependent on the convention itself. The theme of the convention plays particularly on the types of activities and games offered.
There may be cosplay contests, quizzes, French voice interventions.

Passes and extras can be picked up the Friday before the event, as well as the Saturday and Sunday morning before the start of the convention. For those who plan to arrive late, a permanence will be held at the extra stand.
It is imperative that you collect your pass and extras in the form of a ticket before the start of the event and your activities in order to be able to attend.
You will absolutely need an identity document (national identity card, driving licence, passport, etc.), as well as all proof of purchase. Without these documents, you will not be able to collect your pass.
We recommend that you print your receipts to facilitate verification.

Videos are strictly prohibited throughout the convention. During the Q&A panels, only non-flash photos are allowed. If a person takes too many photos and interferes with the visibility of other people, the members of the Clouds Con team reserve the right to give them a warning. If the person persists, they may be excluded from the Q&A panel, or even from the convention after a repeat offense. Photos are totally prohibited outside of Q&A panels.

We ask you not to offer too large or fragile gifts to guests because they travel regularly by plane and therefore cannot bring them back with them afterwards.

An actor can be canceled for several reasons, the most frequent being that of a shoot being postponed at the last minute. A cancellation is beyond our control. The extras of this guest will be replaced by the same extras but for another guest (his replacement among others). We are committed to offering several alternative solutions.
You have nothing to do. Your pass will still be valid, even if the date is wrong. If you cannot attend the convention on the new dates, contact us privately. Requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Proof is required for reimbursement.
Know that a postponed convention does not cancel the guests, it only invalidates them. That is to say, they are awaiting reconfirmation. During this time, the extras are removed from the ticket office. If a guest is not reconfirmed, extras purchased for that guest will be replaced with those of another guest or refunded after the convention.

This is a book/notebook where words, montages, photos, poems, or any other fan creations, are listed in a pretty and original way, intended for an actor present at a convention.
Everyone can. A registration form will be provided to you on our social networks in due course. The person in charge of the fanbook will be designated by draw. It is necessary to have an autograph from the actor in question to be able to register for the draw.
